I have requested 8 or 9 withdrawals and everyone has been confirmed amd processed but I never recieved them in my account I contacted support and they tell me they understand how important this is assure me that right team is looking into it and they will contact me if any updates . It’s been over a week and they have contacted me with any updates and just keep asking me to be patient terms says it can take up to 2 to 5 business days and I think it’s day 11 and the account was linked so it’s not like it could be sent to the wrong account they just are not paying it I could understand 1 transaction but not 8 I still have 500$ in my account and asked them today if I request a redemption will I get it in the time frame stated in the terms and conditions or do I need to switch to a different account and they have not responded

Megafrenzy has credited back my account but need to add new bank account and repeat process

We appreciate the opportunity to address the recent matter concerning the customer whose redeems, despite initially being processed as “successfully processed” and sent to the customer’s bank account, were subsequently returned.
Following an in-depth review, we have now received official confirmation that all of the redeems in question were indeed returned. We have therefore taken immediate steps to credit the full amounts back to the customer’s account balance.
In addition, as a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of the extended time required to confirm and resolve this matter, we will also be applying a bonus to the customer’s balance.
