Hello,

I have been having issues with Crown Coins for months now.

I put in a redemption request, and they sit there for weeks without being approved.

3 days ago, I redeemed $650, and today it was rejected.

The site had a glitch this morning with their gift that had nothing to do with my $650 redemption. But with the gift, I was able to redeem $2,500, which was also rejected.

My money was not returned to my account after it was rejected. I have put thousands of dollars into this site.

My $650 from days ago should not have been rejected today. They owe me my winnings.

I cannot get in touch with anyone from customer support. The call fails, and no one responds to the chat or email.

They returned the $650 to my account and I redeemed the $650 a week ago. I still have not received my money and no one will response to me. I tried on the site, through email, and even reached out to the mods on their Reddit.
