I verified my ID on 7-11-25 through 7-31-25. I redeemed a bank transfer for $103.02 on 8-1-25. Bank transfer was approved, but I still haven't received it. I also redeemed $50.14 for a gift card on 9-10-25. I'm still waiting for approval on this one. I have emailed and called on many occasions to check the status. I keep being told that they are behind because they have a high number of requests, but because I contacted them, they will escalate mine. Nothing ever happens. I was even told money would be in my account no later than 9-22-25. Never happened. I have the documents to show I'm truthful. I'm having problems uploading them to you. Keeps saying capital and small letters ok. My documents are JPGs, I'm not sure if that's the problem or not. If you could please send me an email, I will attach them that way. I'm far from a computer guru. Thank you for your help.

Kindly notice that currently, our complaint system allows attachments in the following file formats - png, jpg, jpeg, gif, doc, docx, xls, xlsx and pdf. Files should not exceed 5 MB each. 

Please pay attention to the file names that you are about to attach. Only the following characters are supported: lower case & upper case letters, numbers, '_' and '-'.
