Three weeks ago was my first time playing at yay Casino which was on September 5. I won $100 and tried to redeem it at first. I had to be verified which I understood that and I gave them all the information gave them my drivers license and passed all of that have the email to prove it. Then they asked for proof of residency which I submitted by giving them a bill that they asked for and they acknowledged it and told me that I had passed that well they still didn’t pay me days went by. They still didn’t pay me. I reached out to them and they kept responding with the same Monotonous email stating that they needed me to send in proof of residency which I did send it over and over and over even though they kept acknowledging that they had it and I successfully passed this they still wouldn’t pay me. I keep getting angrier and I keep sending emails and they just respond with. We know you’re eager to be paid. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Will let you know if we need anything more. This has been three weeks. They have no intentions of paying me. I know they don’t and it’s pathetic that they’re that broke. They can’t pay $100.
