Yay casino will not pay my winnings

Three weeks ago was my first time playing at yay Casino which was on September 5. I won $100 and tried to redeem it at first. I had to be verified which I understood that and I gave them all the information gave them my drivers license and passed all of that have the email to prove it. Then they asked for proof of residency which I submitted by giving them a bill that they asked for and they acknowledged it and told me that I had passed that well they still didn’t pay me days went by. They still didn’t pay me. I reached out to them and they kept responding with the same Monotonous email stating that they needed me to send in proof of residency which I did send it over and over and over even though they kept acknowledging that they had it and I successfully passed this they still wouldn’t pay me. I keep getting angrier and I keep sending emails and they just respond with. We know you’re eager to be paid. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Will let you know if we need anything more. This has been three weeks. They have no intentions of paying me. I know they don’t and it’s pathetic that they’re that broke. They can’t pay $100.

Verification process going on for far too long

I thought that my account had been verified with Yay Casino until I went and tried to redeem, and then it popped up "Verify Account".

The verification process started on 8/22/2025. Today is 8/29/2025, and my account still hasn't been verified. Being a fan of online gaming for the past few years I know it doesn't take no more than 48hrs to verify an account, hell I've gotten my account verified in a matter of minutes on other sites so at this point I'm rethinking the decision that I made to ever sign up with them cause games are being played with their customer service team and they know that I'm trying to redeem my winnings and their prolonging the verification process in hopes that I'll go back and lose everything that I've won, not gonna happen!

Like every other adult, I don't like the fact that I'm being toyed with. There's a computerized response system that replies to the emails,

I've been emailing every day about my verification status, and I always get the same answer: "Verification is in queue".

What kind of verification are they running?

I also know that the redeeming process will be prolonged as well when I finally do get verified, because that's just the type of Casino that we've signed up to deal with.

They've already been blacklisted and just got off the blacklist within the past couple of weeks; it seems that they don't care about any of that.

Please think really hard before signing up with Yay Casino
