I purchased a coin package with this casino. I won $1400 and went to verify. I’ve very recently moved but provided my ID, taking photos and following the process. It continued to deny and then locked my account for transactions. I then spoke to customer service support who said they’d look into it and came back to tell my account was locked and they could not elaborate further, nor tell me the reason. My coin package was refunded, however this is terrible business practice. I want the money I earned.
