Denied winning two separate times followed by account blocked


On September 24th, I hit on NoLimitCoins Casino for 1300, then made a withdrawal request for 1000 and 100. Denied both times in an email after saying it was successful.

Did that multiple times prior to them closing my account. During that time, while waiting for my withdrawal, I played with the 100 I left in the account.

I also deposited a package of 5 coins with the card, and they were asking for verification. So they took my money from the card I was asking them to deposit to, hoping to make it easier.

During that session, I won over 1000. I made a second request for another thousand. That's when they closed my account.

That winning of $2000 was an answered prayer of sorts, as we are in dire straits of exactly $2000 needed to pay our rent. Contending just denies a small amount of money that I won fair and square. They cheated me on a prayer that I had no answer to. It's like my winnings, as it’s only right.

They took my money, which they then refunded all deposits made to them, which I didn’t ask for. It’s not right to cheat someone on a bet they won fairly.

One last thing to note before no limit has a chance to reply which I’m sure they won’t. Because this makes no sense. I went and did some checking to make sure I didn’t have double accounts or anything like that and I don’t have double accounts with them or anything. I’ve been playing with all my casinos for about maybe two years and dabbled on them a little bit before that but nothing much I don’t have much money to spend on that stuff. I’m in the low income population. We’ve never tried to do a withdrawal before never ever in our entire time playing casinos online, never did it didn’t never try to do withdrawal. And when I say we, I say my wife and I who play.
This is our first time ever doing a withdrawal because again it was a prayer that was answered and unfortunately it’s not going to get delivered. But we’ve never ever tried to do a withdraw before and $1000 to a lot of people isn’t a lot of money, but this $2000 winning back to back was huge for us. It was a lifesaver. It would’ve kept us in our home but because of this and I know we shouldn’t rely on this but again we preyed and it came through, but we’re going to have to deal with Court and all this other stuff because of these people and all because we won fair Square they took our money from these cards and didn’t have an issue but when it comes to paying out a mega $2000 to a couple that really could use it they just refunded our money and it’s a shame for them and their sister company’s that are involved with them and again I have not response to them no reason no indication nothing.its a shame. As of today October 2nd we have not received a response from them. I am unable to contact them. Thai is a true blow to me and has made me look differently on online casinos. I will try and file a case with the federal gaming commission. Thanks for trying.

My first two redemption requests for 1000 dollars never went through

My first redemption game session with no limit coins I accrued and redeemed three transactions of $1000 and one transaction of $352. My second redemption game session with the same company I accrued and redeemed 2 transactions of $1000. I have been funded for my first redemption session for only $1352 and for my second redemption session I have been funded for the full $2000. The first two $1000 redemptions still haven't been funded to my account and they closed my account because I requested a full refund due to a glitch in their gaming where I purchased sc/gc in the game and afterward continued to spin but during these spins my winnings balance and my sc were both being charged at the same time.

I am requesting that the remaining $2000 be funded to my PayPal account as I requested. Prior to them closing my account due to the refund request I took screenshots of all of my redemptions so I know for a fact I'm still missing $2000. I am no longer able to contact customer support due to my account closure so I technically have no way of confirming whether or not I will receive the remainder of my winnings.

Please if anyone could assist with getting these two transactions deposited into my PayPal account it would be greatly appreciated.

Otherwise, I will have to file a complaint with the federal gaming commission and file a police report on the company which I would prefer not to get the law involved for these transactions.

Additionally, I received confirmation for one of the $1000s and the $352. The $352 I canceled and the other 2 1000 dollar redemptions said completed/done but never

received email confirmation for the first two $1000 redemption requests.
