Today is 09/02/2025 and I took an hour and 37min walk to my local Family Support Division to do something that I was praying so hard not to do....get a verification letter of the government assistance I'm receiving, I already beat myself up over being in the predicament to where at this point in my adult life that I'm relying on government assistance, but then to just broadcast it to the world has made me feel embarrassed, helpless, pathetic and above all violated, but that was my only choice in trying to move forward and getting my account verified since the bank statement, credit card statement, nor vehicle insurance was no good for Yay Casino, so after the hr and 37min walk back home, I emailed my benefits verification to Yay with my fingers crossed... this is the email I received back from Yay Casino:

I said to myself, are you people kidding.... I'm in the same exact state I was in when I created the account on you all's platform, so I'm exactly 2hr and 5min away from where I lived 2mo ago that I finally got fed up with all the abuse that I had endured for the past 8yrs and really came to a realization that I would surely be died if I stayed with my abuser another day, so I left my home, my job, and friends to come to my mother's home, which as I stated is 2hr and 5min from my previous address that I shared with my abuser, I haven't even been here a good 2mo yet, I'm still devastated and timid from the events that has lead up to this point.... today is now 9/03/2025, but yesterday was the first day in 2mo that I've been able to go alone outside...I told them that there shouldn't be anything more required from me at this moment, this is what they emailed in return:

If the address is different from the address you registered in your application, then we will have to reset your application in order for you to change the details.
To do so, kindly provide the copy of your valid ID that you have used for the redemption Account Verification, and a selfie while holding your ID.
If you wish to stick with the address you registered, please do send us another proof of residency to support your first submission.
In the absence of any utility bill, here are the alternative documents that you can send as Proof of residency.
· Receipt from local authority

It's taking every thing inside of me to remain calm in this situation, especially going through such rough times in my personal life... I'm baffled right now, and then for them to have the audacity to say another 3-7 days??? And what the hell does reset my application mean??? I will keep everyone informed of the foolery that they come up with next🤣😂🤣😂. Lowkey though we all know they stalling for time to get that redemption in order that I'ma hit they asses with... it's all fun and games when we as the customers steady spending and spending, but these folks be butt hurt when they have to pay some of that money back😁😁. I'M NOT CANCELING MY REDEMPTION...PERIOD
