Still not received funds from Club USA Casino

I joined club world casino a while ago, despite having some verification issues with my account, all which were sorted out with the management the gaming platform and software operation seems fairly reasonable.

My withdrawal to my debit card was approved on the 4th march, nothing massive, about $450.

From every other casino i have ever played online it has taken a maximum of 3 days for funds to clear back on to my card.

It is now March the 19th and there are no signs of any funds clearing, what is furthermore worrying is the fact that my contact seems to be almost ignored saying they are waiting for the bank to update them.

Online casinos should be places where you are absolutely positive the financial transactions are being dealt with promptly and securely just like in a normal casino. Sadly as it stands these guys are really letting themselves down.

From the records I see this was a refund of deposits which was sent on 3/4/2013 9:37:31 AM.

It should have hit your account by now.
