I purchased a package for $9.99 and won 200sc. During the verification process, i kept getting denied by their third party verifier. I took a break so i can find other paperwork and when i tried to log back in, it said account restricted. I reached out to support then received an email stating that I'm on a KYC blacklist and in not, and they said my docs where fraudulent but they are not. I never received my winnings.
