I made a redemption for $257.60 which I earned through gameplay. Sweep Las Vegas stated that some activity did not align with fair play and closed my account. They agreed to process the redemption. They later reversed course and stated they would not process the redemption. After making a demand that the redemption be honored. Sweep Las Vegas stated they would honor my redemption. They reopened my account for the sole purpose of allowing me to resubmit my redemption request. After I submitted my redemption request again, they once again reversed course and denied the request. I only made two purchases and two redemption requests, so I am unsure what activity they are accusing me of. I did not violate any terms.
