Recently I won $31,000 on pulsz.com I was told it would be sent and batches so far I've received one payment of $9,500 a second payment of $8,500. I was supposed to get a payment of $6,500 on 11.28.25 which I never received and I was supposed to get my final payment of $6,500 on 12/1/25. When I asked if they had a time frame for the payment on the 28th they couldn't give me one. I spoke with two agents and a representative everyone told me that I would for sure be receiving payment of $6,500 on the 28th. That was at 10:00 in the morning. It is now 519 p.m. on November 29th no one has even contacted me. They are not responding to my emails,calls,anything. They're pretty much avoiding me and I have yet to be paid my final two payments. I've tried emailing them regarding everything and have yet to get a response. The last agent I spoke to at 10:00 in the morning has left her chat window open so I cannot speak with any other agents until she closes the window, so they're preventing me also from reaching out to see why I have yet to be paid.
