I've been trying since November to redeem and verify my account.

Now they say the account is closed after sending in my legal verification and trying to redeem winnings.

I didn't do anything illegal or cause the account to be closed.

The verification process was hell to do, and when I finally got it, they closed me due to an internal investigation or something
