I've been trying to receive my payout for $700 since 6/21/2020, almost two months. Every time I talk to customer service I'm told something different and that they're going to escalate it for me.

I always go through this with them, which is went I save all chats and emails. This particular time they put the money back the next day after chatting with them. They won't send an email letting you know what's going on before putting it back or nothing. When I asked live chat, Mia told me it was denied because of documents. I explained that that cannot be so, I've already submitted everything plus I've received a payout before. She then said that I was right, and that she see the documents, and request the payout again while repeatedly daring sorry and bear with them.

Now when I go to my history, it's not even showing that I requested a withdrawal on 6/21, but before they denied it it was showing up. I think this is another tactic they use to prolong paying.

I spend so much money there, this is unacceptable. I also have a pending payout for $2400. I would like to receive all at once for their "mistake.

Please help. Thank you

Hi Dalyon--

I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

As you already are aware, we were missing one credit card and authorization form from your documents package. I've located this and I've had your withdrawal approved and sent to our Payments Manager for payment. This will be sorted either today or first thing tomorrow--as soon as I have the transaction details, I'll be sure to let you know.
