I have spent thousands of dollars to win yesterday. I submitted my winnings of 28,000.00 in 8 separate redemption requests since it was a larger amount. Hours later I chatted with an agent who said my redemptions were in the queue and would be handled with priority. Later that night, I tried signing into my account and received an error. I’ve sent many emails with no response. I have deposited over 15,000.00 this past week! I want my redemptions processed and my account fixed so I can log in.
