Refused to send Payout

Despite multiple attempts to email their financial team about the near month long delay on my earliest redemption I have yet to get a response on why my redemptions are not longer being processed. Support continues to give the same generic response of "we contacted them to prioritize this" but never actually do anything. At this point I'm out nearly $5000 because they won't process their redemptions, despite initially doing it consistently with some smaller withdrawals as I was trialing their platform.

The site itself was fine to play on, but the redemption process has been extremely frustrating. I was already fully verified before making deposits or playing, yet when I went to withdraw my winnings, I was suddenly required to provide additional verification for my payment method.

Cash App doesn’t allow screenshots of the card, so I took a picture of it with another phone. The anti-fraud team rejected it because the image was taken from another device. I then tried switching the redemption to my regular bank card, but that created another verification issue because my card says “Chris” while my account says “Christopher.”

What makes this even more frustrating is that the anti-fraud team has no problem emailing me when they deny something, but when I provide the additional information they specifically requested, I don’t receive any response at all. I’m left wondering whether the information was received, whether it’s being reviewed, or whether I need to provide something else.

I completely understand reasonable fraud-prevention and KYC requirements. What I don’t understand is allowing someone to become fully verified, deposit money and play, and then introducing additional payment verification requirements only when they win and try to withdraw.

Depositing money shouldn’t be significantly easier than proving you’re entitled to withdraw your winnings.

I’ve used close to 50 different sweep sites over approximately five years, and this is easily the most frustrating redemption experience I’ve had. The site needs to seriously improve its anti-fraud communication and make its verification requirements clear before customers deposit and play!

8/27/26: I submitted my redemption after already being verified and was asked for additional payment-method verification. I provided what they requested.

8/28/26: I contacted support because I had received no confirmation that my documentation had even been received. I was essentially told to be patient.

8/29/26: I’m still waiting for an actual answer regarding the status of my verification and redemption. Support has now stopped responding to my emails, despite the fact that they were extremely quick to respond when they rejected my original submission.

8/30/26: I contacted Support again today and finally received confirmation that my $800 redemption is still pending and my debit-card verification is still under review. Support confirmed that the card verification is included in the 7-business-day redemption timeframe and said they would follow up with the Payments Team. As of today, nothing has been resolved and I’m still waiting.

8/30/26 part 2:: The 72-hour mark has now passed since I submitted the requested debit-card verification documents. My $800 redemption and card verification are still pending. Support previously confirmed that the card verification is included within the 7-business-day redemption timeframe, but no resolution or additional information has been provided.

8/31/26: Still no resolution today. My $800 redemption and debit-card verification remain pending. I have not received any additional communication from the Verification or Payments Team. Support previously confirmed that the card verification is included within the 7-business-day redemption timeframe. Still waiting.

I will continue updating this review as this situation progresses and will add a final update once my $800 redemption has been received and this matter is fully resolved. At that time, I will also update my star rating to accurately reflect the final outcome.

I have been trying to verify my account and withdraw 200 coins since May 2nd, and SweepJungle is intentionally trapping me in an endless automated loop so they don't have to pay out.
​First, they asked for a photo of my ID and pictures of the front and back of two different cards (ending in *8525 and *6742), plus selfies of me holding both cards. I sent all of this immediately. Then they asked for a full bank statement for the 6742 card. My banking app only downloads as a CSV file, so I sent that, but they rejected it, canceled my withdrawal request, and demanded a PDF. I went out of my way to get a PDF version and sent that too.
​Instead of approving my withdrawal, they escalated it and asked for screen recordings of my banking app showing the virtual card details. Since my phone doesn't have a built-in screen recorder, I had to use a completely different phone to record my screen and sent them the .mp4 files.
​After I sent literally everything they asked for, they replied saying the files did not meet our verification standards and completely changed the rules again. They said I couldn't use a video recorded from another phone and demanded direct screenshots instead. To make matters worse, they closed my original support ticket (CU3DKN) and opened a new one just to restart the clock on my withdrawal.
​I have sent my ID, my card photos, my bank statements, screen recordings, and screenshots multiple times. I sent the absolute final batch on Sunday, May 10th. They have no problem taking my deposits, but they are making it impossible to redeem my winnings. I need AskGamblers to step in and force a real human to review my documents and release my funds.

I submitted a verified redemption request for $950 through SweepJungle, operated by Kinetix Ventures, Inc. The platform approved the redemption, marked it completed, and issued a confirmation receipt for the full $950 transfer to my debit card. After approval, the company manually reduced the payout to only $25 without my authorization or prior notice, leaving $925 unpaid.
Their own support agents confirmed the redemption had already been approved and escalated to their finance/antifraud department. I have repeatedly attempted to resolve the issue through support chat, [email protected], and [email protected] with little to no meaningful response. I also discovered that an email address allegedly associated with their “legal department” used a non-existent domain.
The company claims the reduction relates to “promotional balance” limitations, but their system still allowed:

Continued gameplay and balance use afterward
Their policies state that redeemable SC converts at a rate of 1 SC = $1 upon redemption approval. Once approved and transferred through banking rails, this became a payment processing issue, not merely a gameplay or bonus dispute.
