Been almost 2 weeks and I just keep getting the runaround asking me for proof/documents even tho I’ve literally sent them in at least 5x and even cashed out a couple of months ago…. And then about how agents are “escalating the situation” even tho every time I talk to someone new I have to explain everything all over again… I had to complain on here about a withdrawal a couple of months ago and after it was resolved I thought for sure it would mean problem free withdrawals from there on out.. yet here I am waiting for what seems like ever… truth be told I like playing on silver oak cuz it was first Casino I ever played on… so that’s the only reason why I still deal with this when other casinos I play at have instant withdrawal… but after this idk if I’ll continue to play on silver oak, the headaches from the process and motions it takes to get paid out simply isn’t worth it tbh…

I did in fact receive the payment, so Thank you… but how do I avoid this in future… for example I have another withdrawal I want to make, but how can I make sure it’s handled in a timely process, to avoid doing this all over again tawni? Please get back to me I would really appreciate it
