LSbet Casino - Absurd requirements after a simple Self Exlusion request

I wanted to be self excluded from and wrote to them in live-chat:

Hi, I need to close my account as I am a problem gambler

Can you please tell me your account number?

Then they wantet me to print a letter, have me sign it, hold it up with my face showing and scan it before sending it back.

I dont have a printer or a scanner and I need my account closed now.

And when it comes to the closing of my account, your answer does not compute with what I was told in the chat:

I got a promotional e-mail from [email protected]­sbe­t.m­ess­age­ 15.12. Is it not from LSbet?

I have wished for a printer and scanner for christmas, I am hoping I will be able to write a letter, print it, sign it, hold it up to my face, take a picture of my face and the letter and send it to you before new year, so I can prove i really want to close my account.

They have told me I need to send in closure documents before it could be permanently closed.

But when I tried to open my account there today, without providing documents, it was not possblie.

So I guess they made en exception for me and closed it permanently becasue I was a pain in their ass.
