I was not given my weekly cash back bonus. This is the 3rd incident. The excuse this week was "the manager was off for 2 days." I feel that's unacceptable. The manager was off when I made a deposit , but the deposit was accepted anyway. I feel that's a poor excuse. Also the live help will take up to 10 minutes to respond to a question. Very poor customer service.

Unfortunately, Golden Lady Casino didn't provide the necessary information to AskGamblers Complaints Team so that the complaint could be adequately reviewed and decided. Obviously, we have no other option but to close the complaint as Unresolved and recommend a player to forward their issue directly in front of the relevant regulatory body. As soon as AskGamblers Complaints Team is being notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.

This complaint has been reopened as per Golden Lady Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Unfortunately, player failed to provide adequate feedback within the given 96-hours time frame for response. As per the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service terms and guidelines, player is supposed to provide updates on their issues in a timely and responsible manner, something that player did not do regrettably.

Based on the above AskGamblers Complaints Team consider the case as resolved and it being officially closed now.
