Delayed payment and no response from the casino
My withdrawal was approved on August 6th 2020 for $1950.00 on August 21st my withdrawal was released, I had requested a wire transfer to Wells Fargo then I was told that they were sending the check out via mail and that would take 7 to 10 business days it is now September 10th I have received no confirmation on a tracking number or received an email or anything in the mail from them I have called them numerous times and they keep telling me check back with us in one week, I sent them all my information everything has been approved and updated but I can't get no satisfaction out of anybody at Palace of chance they keep telling me be patient you'll receive it in the mail but they are definitely not a daring to their terms and condition it definitely says a check will be sent within 7 to 10 business days I would like to get this resolved please help me.
