I am waiting for them to call me to verify my account so I can continue playing with the balance I have at Conquer Casino.
I saw an email 3 weeks ago from security@instantgamesupport.com with the subject:verification required. They listed some documents to send, and said that my player account has been temporarily blocked.
I checked my Conquer Casino account and is suspended, and I have a balance of about 1500 there so I sent them the documents they wanted. On July 28th they asked for another document and a convenient time to call me on the phone, so I sent them the extra details and offered some times they can call me. The last email I received from them was July 31st, but since then I have not heard anything by email or by phone. I emailed them on the 3rd and again on the 10th of August inviting them to call me but no response.
