Missing withdrawal approval

I have several withdrawals that started back on 9/25. I was told that I would be sent an email on what to do and where I would need to send my paperwork. I NEVER received the email, I tried to speak to "Chat" but everytime I tried to respond to the representative, the box to type in disappeared. I was told that I have withdrawals that have been approved and I need to send in verification paperwork, but I dont know where to send it.
I have left several messages with NO RESPONSE!
I have emailed the casino, called as well as chat.
I just want fairness.
I cant contact anyone in order to know where or how to send my information for verification if I have no way to communicate with the casino. I know I should have at least 8 withdrawals totally approx $4000. They took the first withdrawals and never sent an email confirming the approval (after the terms and conditions state that they have to be approved after they remove it from my pending withdrawal area)
Disputed Casino Captain Jack Casino
Amount $4000

While we could understand your frustration and disappointment of being left to wait for unreasonably long period of time from the aforementioned casino brand before they review and process your payment, please keep in mind that each and every online casino has the exclusive right to determine and apply its own withdrawal policy and procedures depending on the requirements set within their licensing agreement. Unfortunately, AskGamblers Complaints Team is not able to influence such withdrawal policy in any way. Moreover, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the withdrawal procedure is finished and the payment is processed. Once you played and lost your money it means there isn’t a valid subject to claim for and therefore this complaint is being rejected. In case of a disagreement with our decision, we strongly encourage you to seek further assistance from the relevant licensing authority responsible for the operating license of the aforementioned casino brand.

Hi Uvonne--

The funds didn't disappear--they were returned to your player account and you played them.

I've attached a screenshot of this. I'm hoping this will help clear things up. ;-)

Let me know if you have any other questions,

Tawni,
Thanks for your reply. I actually had several withdrawals starting on 9/25. I then noticed that those withdrawals "disappeared" I assumed you guys had removed them and were getting ready to send the email to advise of the procedure in which to send the documents. I still had money in my account and continued to win . I did withdraw and cancelled several of those, but those are NOT the withdrawals I was speaking of for this complaint. I noticed that with the last withdrawals, you guys continued to put my withdrawals BACK into my account (to play with) I didnt understand the purpose of that being done; especially since I had placed them to be withdrawn anyway.
I have won many times before with other casinos and they always remove the withdrawals and research and ensure no bonuses or other money needs to be removed and then I receive an email advising of where to send the documents. I was under the impression that is what occurs based on the terms and conditions.
I am just wanting to know what happen to the first withdrawals I did on 9/25 and 9/26. Please advise. Those are the ones that "disappeared" initially. I will double check my dates but they were either a day before or a day after stated dates.
Thanks
