Hi, I have played twice into Megawins casino last week.On 1st deposit they didn't add bonus and advised I have to make another deposit to get bonus.So,I made deposit for 2nd time got bonus for play,I played only Bonanza slot and ended my session when my balance was $450.In the mean time my wager requirements done.So,I made withdraw request of my winning then uploaded all required documents as per their request and logged of my session.After two days I tried to login but I couldn't,went to live chat but chat option is unavailable.Now I don't know what to do.It will be highly appreciated if you could help me.Thank you.

Thank you for reply. For your kind infofmation why should I give you fake documents where I have my original documents and my own neteller account? I have other verified accounts with all direx nv group casinos and playing there without trouble.I can challange you I am the original player with my original documents.You should not disappoint me where I played with you after took risk of my own money.So,please review my account again carefully and process my winning.
