Allow players from UK to play at their casino despite stating they do not accept UK players

Hi,

I have been a player at Mbitcasino since April. I registered with my details (name, address etc) and that i resided within the UK.

I have played and made many deposits over a period of 6 months.

It became news to me that UK players are in fact not allowed to play at Mbit casino. I only found this out when visiting this website and searching for their page, and it clearly states at the top no UK players. So i searched and found the term here on their site:

3.10. If you are a player from Spain, the UK, US or any of its states, you won't be allowed to play real money wagering games including bitcoins.

This shocked me a little. Mainly because the casino does in fact know full well i am from the UK. I have emails in which i have complained about the lack of slots available for UK players...well now it makes sense. However, my complaints where just met with "it is the way it is" kind of attitude.

I can only play slots from providers that are not provably fair either....but that's a whole other issue.

I will admit perhaps i should appreciate the casino turning a blind eye to my location - but on careful thinking, I could hazard a guess as to why they are OK to allow me to play, and that's because i have lost considerably since joining. I wonder how long it would have taken for a terms breach to be discovered on my account had i won a large amount or came out ahead? Cynical attitude perhaps, but a truthful one.

On a side note, my details in my profile read my personal details still - my name, address, UK post code etc. But my country is set to France.....and i am unable to change it. Very strange! I know for a fact i selected UK on sign up.

I would like a response on this issue - and also ultimately, after discovering this, i feel a refund of my deposits is only fair, or a partial refund at the least. Transparency and fairness are the most important thing for me in a casino, and i feel Mbit casino has failed me on this front.

Mbitcasino have clarified their reasoning and position on my complaint.

They have acted professionally and fairly throughout this process and I no longer have any problems with Mbitcasino.

The total amount i am disputing is therefore 3500 mbtc. That is deposits less cashouts.

I eagerly await Mbit Casinos response.

I have made 168 deposits to this casino since joining, totalling 4500 mbtc.

I should note here that i did cashout a few times over the months - 5 separate cashouts, totalling 980 mbtc. Again, as their terms state;

3.3.3. The payment team at mBit Casino reserve the right to carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of 1 Bitcoin, and further reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of lower payouts. Account Holders who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account, are advised to contact Customer Support.

my highest individual cashout was 400 mbtc. Would a higher cashout have been denied? It is interesting to know. I would guess most certainly.

mBit Casino Glitch and refund still not resolved

I have contacted mBitcasino several times and have been sent from one person to another every time.

I have exactly the same case as Mrbrightside which can be found on this thread here

Despite attempts, their support team has been unable to rectify a glitch on their end which does not allow me to play real money games. Each withdrawal attempt is consistently rejected due to a 1x or 10x playthrough requirement, which I cannot fulfill as I'm unable to access the games. Despite numerous emails to their support team, it seems they are leading me in circles.

My issue was elevated but they have not replied to my email after that. Moreover, each time I respond to the ongoing email chain, a new staff member start all over again.

Despite my attempts to avoid escalating the matter, the lack of progress is becoming untenable.

Glitch and refund

I have been going around and around with mbitcasino over this issue for several days now. I have a long email thread and they are simply giving me the run around.

A glitch, on their end, is preventing me from playing real money games. They were unable to fix my account, so a support member named Luis, advised I withdraw the funds and they will allow me to open a new account to fix the issue. However, when I attempt to make the withdrawal, it is consistently denied due to a 1x playthrough requirement. I have notified them countless times now that I can NOT play games to satisfy the playthrough. The people in support are leading me one way and not advising the payments team to release my withdrawal.

The issue was elevated several days ago by Lisa in support. After several exchanges back and forth with support, I was finally advised by Lyis that they cannot solve the issue and I would be allowed to withdraw and open a new account. However, I can't get past the withdrawal part. And when I reply to the long email chain, I get a whole new person from support asking me for a screenshot of the issue, something I've sent numerous times now and are included right in the email they are responding to.

Now, once again, Axel from support replied "the security team will reach back to you as soon as possible". That's the same thing I've been hearing all week. I hoped to avoid filing complaint but this is ridiculous at this point. I don't know how to attach the email to this form but it is available anytime you need it along with many screenshots amd short videos showing the issue is NOT on my end. Thank you!
