I registered at OVO casino. I made three legitimate deposits at them with the card registered on my name and everything. With my last deposit I managed to play myself up to +2000 euros. Two hours later after I had won I could not login to my account. I submitted a request to support and they told me to send in my documents for verification. So I did on the 26 of December 2015. I received a message from Rudolf that it would take three days to review my documents. Up till today my account is still locked and I have not received a single response from them ever since that last message about three days. I have lodged many support tickets and received not one reply ever since. Please ASKGAMBLERS I won that money fair and square they can't just take it and close my account. My deposits were made from card registered to my name all my documents is legit. I don;t know what to do further as I feel that money belongs to me.
