Failure to meet payout time frames
December 2nd I requested a withdrawal. Customer support then told me to send in the required documents to document Center which I did and on the same day received an email from documents saying they received my documents and they will give them to someone for verification purposes and will contact me in a couple of days. This all was on a Saturday on Tuesday I contacted support the intern told me I need to send in the required documents I have formed him this all has been done so he told me get a little bit more time. I've been trying to contact the document center for the last couple of days through email I'm getting no response and today which is only the 5th day on my withdrawal the money is back in my Silver Oak account $2,500 no of explanation of why but what I'm thinking is they want me to play the money that way they don't have to pay it out. I do see a lot of forms with people with similar problems with this casino some people take over Munch is to get their money from them cuz they keep getting the runaround the same thing is happening with me and someone help
