Delayed approved withdrawal request


I have had an APPROVED withdrawal of $2500 since September 1st. I was told numerous times it would be sent by the 15th. Since the 15th, I have called every business day only to be told it still hasn't been processed. I won this money in early August. Due to missing documents, I did not officially request the withdrawal until August 25th. Each time I contact the VIP department, I am told that the issue will be escalated...but it seems to do no good. I have sent several emails that never get responded to. Because my bank will no accept international wire transfers, I have requested a check....as they told me western union isn't an option. I just want my money. Please help me to get this resolved quickly!

I'm so very sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've checked on your payment and I do see this was sent off to our processor on the 21st. With this in mind, I would expect to see your tracking by mid-week. As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll be back to update this thread.
