So I did the 50 bucks no deposit bonus for fun and actually one. So I did all the steps to verify my account on the site and email them my documents and send money to the casino to show I am real I guess. So I did all that and it was approved.

Two weeks went by and I asked when I was gonna get my money and they said 2 weeks to be arrived then 7 to 10 business days after that to get the bitcoin. (Which that part is not mad about anymore…I was before). So today 10 business days after I got the approval for my withdrawal notification I reached out to the Casino and all of a sudden they said I am not verified and I need to do the documents again. And do the whole process all over again. I have the emails and pics and screenshots of all I added to complaint. They just need to pay me my money. And I resent the email with the documents but the lady said I have to wait all over again I just actually want my crypto back I had to sent to verify my account then I won’t feel like cool cat causino scammed me

I think this casino needs to be blacklisted again.
