Bovada Casino - Verification & Payment Issue, account disabled

I've been with Bovada for very long time now. My account was disabled as their system has detected that my registered address does not correspond with the source of your account activity. I was travelling in Korea and made bitcoin withdraw request over here for $3500 on 12/1/18. I understand that they are asking for verification documents to make sure it is me trying to withdraw money. I sent the verification documents but nothing is happening!! I called to resolve the issue but I was on hold for 3 hours. I lost quite a bit of money past few months..tens of thousands $$$. I've been a faithful customer with Bovada for years now but it is sad that they wouldn't disable my account while I was losing tens of thousands $$$. I will be heading back to the US next week and I really need this money to go back. It is fine if they have to disable my account while I am outside of the US but I really need them to approve my last bitcoin withdrawal request for $3500.
