I am filing a complaint due to the lies and excuses Silver Oak Casino has been throwing at me since March 1, 2018- on Feb 28 I put in for a payout of $5000usd on March 1st I submitted all the required paperwork needed in order to process this payout, which I had to submit in 2 payouts of $2500 ea due to their limits, on Mar 6th 1 was approved, I followed up countless times and each time I was told I needed to submit the proper paperwork, which I did 14 times, via email and Copied everyone involved, they again kept delaying me saying they needed proper paperwork, I stayed on the phone with them until they confirmed they received it, they said they did, 3 weeks later I followed up again and was told they dont have the proper paperwork to pay me out I once again sent in everything in to them, I was then promised my payouts would be escalated and I would have my money shortly, it is now May 10th and I still have nothing. I called them again and left 3 messages before I got a call back and was told 1 payment was sent via wire transfer on May 3rd, there is still nothing in my account. the 2nd payment I was told could take another 15 days, AFTER escalation, now mind you this has been going on since March 1st, they state in their terms payouts take up to 10 business days for approval and up to 10 business days after that for payouts to be sent. I have been more than patient with these people and I constantly get told excuses of why I havent received my payouts yet. I am beyond livid, and I dont know what else I can do to get the money I won 2.5 months ago. This is unacceptable on their end and completely unfair!! I apologize for the difficulties you've been having with this.

I've reviewed your account and I see that one payment was sent to our processor, prior to your complaint:

05/03 Paid $2405 + $20 Service Fee for transaction 85114123.

By now, you should have received this in your account.

Another payment was sent off to our processor, late last week: 05/12 Paid $2480 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #85750748, I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the latter part of this week.

I'll be watching your account to ensure the balance of your withdrawals are sent off in a timely manner and I'll be updating you, every few days.
