February 28th I made a withdrawal with this place and I sent over my information same day. So 7 days later they said I needed to send a utility bill, I said OK , but I don't have one will they said I can send my insurance bill over so I did. Now I chatted with someone yesterday to ask hown long it would take now, and they I need to send my verification. I feel like they are playing games

Okay I just sent the documents for the third time. And here is thet ticket# LTK12166012663594X for the second time saying that I sent the documents I can go back further but what is the use if you keep saying that you didn't receive it.

Okay, I really don't understand how I only getting $376.00 out of 675.00 this is ridiculous I guess they gonna give me what they want. . This is just crazy the experience I'm having just discourage me from playing any online casinos.

To explain how things sorted out, I should lay a bit of groundwork:

If you see point 5 of Additional Terms Applicable to ALL bonuses, you will see that all bonuses are non-cashable and will be removed at the time of withdrawal.

You requested two withdrawals:

Your first withdrawal was in the amount of $375. To reach this withdrawal, you made $60.03 deposit and redeemed coupon code BETTER, receiving $150.08 in bonus funds. When you made the withdrawal of $375, the $150.08 bonus was removed, leaving you a withdrawal amount of $224.92.

Your second withdrawal was in the amount of $300. You made a $51.09 deposit and used the coupon code BRIDELESS290, which gave you a bonus in the amount of $148.60. That bonus of $148.60 was removed from your withdrawal, leaving a withdrawal amount of $151.84.

Totaling the two withdrawals after removing the bonuses, your total withdrawable balance of $376.76.
