let me start off with I understand a lot of casinos are having delays with payments. I feel like I am a fair guy and would have no issue granting extra time to a casino if they are having delays with payments these things happen. What I do have issue with is being told I would receive my payment by the end of next week (live chat operator the one saying this) and a few weeks go by and nothing. when I go to check on the status of it they say its because of me not sending in my documentation ( I sent in documents last year and was verified to receive a $500 payment which was completed. I also sent in an updated form weeks ago the first time they asked and have sent documents in a few times ) I believe this to all be stall tactics the worst part is they have less information now then when they told me I would get payment by the end of the following week. I would be perfectly fine if upfront they told me it would take 2 months to get my 2 payment but the stall tactics and lack of information is not acceptable It is a chore to keep up on the money I won fairly I follow all guidelines I read all rules and requirements and find myself having to check in every few days to figure out when or how I will get my payment. I would love to not have to put so much time into getting my payments but what is the other option to give up? I am offered no information not even assurance the payments are coming. check was the only option I was given at time of withdrawal I am able and willing to accept any normal form for payment check, visa/mastercard/amx debit gift card (with ability to withdraw funds at atm), western union, ACH transfer almost any form to be honest I am In no ways hard to deal with I try to make things easy as possible I have chat logs emails sent and all information if needed thank you for your time

Hi Conan--

I don't blame you for feeling as you do and all I can do is apologize and make sure you're paid (which I WILL do).

I should first let you know that while you provided docs last year, we do require new docs every three months. To this end, while we do have some of your docs, we are still missing some bits:
• Copy of MC#7484 exp. 02/2020
• The signed authorization form for above card
• Utility bill

We also need to know what method of payment you'd prefer (check, wire or Bitcoin). If possible, I'd suggest Bitcoin, as this will be fastest for you.
