I made a new account with 10bet last weekend and won just over £30,000 I deposited £80 from my paypal, I have tried to withdraw my money, been asked for I.D and everything I have sent all those then tried to log into my account and it now says temporary locked for security reasons.

It seems as tho they are trying every way to not pay money, blanking my emails i cant get through on phone just cuts off.

I'm getting in touch with gamblers solicitors for advice.

The live chat cant resolve anything all they are saying is we will hear by email

I finally got through to ringing them on phone and was told i would need to do a skype call to verify, i was told i would get this skype call yesterday at 18:15...

Told me they had emailed me on saturday but no emails in my inbox or junk.
Around 17:50 i recivied an email saying they skype call had been cancelled because no body was at work at those hours,
Apparently the skype call happening today..
