10Bet Casino - Withdrawal to bank account delayed, no information about account details

Hello,

normally withdrawals are processed fast there. When i cashed out to my bank account in the past, i received the funds the next day without any exception.

But the last withdrawal (300,-) is processed a few days ago; it is mentioned as "confirmed" in my transaction list, but no funds are in my bank account until now.

I placed the withdrawal to my bank account on 6.03.17. It was declined because the last deposit was a credit card payment, they told me.
I explained via email, that it is not possible to cashout to the card, so support confirmed by email, they will send the funds to my bank account on 07.03.17.

They initialized a manual bank transfer, which is confirmed in my transaction list on 07.03.17. I asked different times if they used they correct bank account, but i did not get an answer. They only confirmed, that the payment is processed and that i should receive the funds.

A normal SEPA-withdrawal lasts max two days after confirmation. Now it is much more.

Because there were many different technical problems in the last days on their website, which were confirmed by their support, i am afraid there are problems with this withdrawal, too.

So, i would like to have my legitimate winnings and that they clarify - as requested by email- if they used the correct bank account.

If askgamblers need documents or screenshots for this issue, please let me know, i will provide it asap.

Payment received. Complaint can be closed. I have closed the account because of inacceptable delay of payment. Don´t want to experience that in the future.
