888 Casino - Withdrawal is missing from my account

I signed up for this casino for the first time today, following the free spin offer. I initially deposited £50 which was then doubled to £100 by 888 Casino. I then won a further £15 on the free spin, although this was never credited to my account. Nevertheless, as I still had £100, I played a few games and ended up spending £50 and winning £36, putting my total bankroll up to £86. After spending another £1, I tried to withdraw the £85 remaining. However I was told the only amount I was allowed to withdraw was £50 so I proceeded to do so, figuring the £35 just hadn't cleared into my bankroll fully yet. When trying to withdraw I was met with an error message telling me it had been unsuccessful and to try again. I have just tried to withdraw again and it said the only balance available for withdrawal now is £35. I have requested for that to be withdrawn. However, after going through history and pending withdrawals, my original £50 withdrawal is not showing up on my account, neither have I received an email confirming the withdrawal, or any further information as to what is happening with this £50. Any help would be appreciated as I have already not been given the £15 I won on the free spin, and I am not prepared to let another £50 just vanish too!
