Claiming my withdrawal bounced back without further information

Hello
I made a withdrawel the other day money came through fine. Last week I made another of £1000 and I was told Friday all fine and the money has been sent and I will have it next week. Today I went onto live chat and they have told me the bank bounced back my withdrawal but did not say why and said I needed to wait 2 days for a reason. They won't try to withdrawal it again for some reason. Please help. I have been told to come back tomorrow and see but I don't understand why they can't just try again or give my money back to me or give an explanation as to why it bounced back.
