Waiting almost 2 months for my winnings, getting the run around from the casino

I submitted my withdrawl request on 1.16.16. It was approved but my check still has not been mailed out yet. Every time I ask I get the run around and they say they will expedite it but it has been in the expedited process for over a month now. I just want my $700 winnings.
