About the first week in August, I played keno and i won $907.00! This was on a $50.00 deposit and not a free chip. I requested to withdraw the money, and I gave them all the paper work they wanted on 8/30/13. They said it would take 10 to 14 days to be approved. Well it's now going on two months and they just keep giving me the runaround. I last spoke to someone on 10/22, and they said it well be 10 to 20 more business days after it is "approved" from another processor. I have heard this already numerous times. They are quick to take MY money, but takes forever to pay out. What gives?

Withdrawal Not Received for months

My username for virtual casino slots is < username removed >

I requested a wire transfer on 25/01/2023 for the amount of $2500.

On 14/04/2023 I requested a further withdrawal also for $2500.

I provided all documentation requested and complied with the terms and conditions.

I would appreciate any help you can give in getting these withdrawals paid, please.

I requested a withdrawal for $2500 to my bank account from Virtual Casino.

After a very long delay my request was rejected and Virtual casino asked for a bitcoin address in order to process my withdrawal. I gave them my bitcoin address on June 7th 2023 but have not received the bitcoin.

Withdrawal not paid within casino timeframe

Two withdrawals $2500 each have not been paid yet and are over the 10 day handling timeframe. 9/17 and 9/27 are the dates of the two withdrawals. Could you take a look at these two Tawni and work your magic? It looks like Virtual Casino and Vegas Strip Casino and mirror sites and the withdrawals show up under both sites.

Pending Withdrawal over one month

I made a withdrawal request on August 28, 2021. The withdrawal amount is $191.20 ( minus $54.00 Bonus money).

According to the chat team withdrawals take 7-10 days for approval. Once approved it takes 7-10 days to receive payment.

Today is October 6th... It's been over one month now and my withdrawal still hasn't been approved. My documents have been verified.

I have contacted chat several times and they escalated it and assured me there would be an update in 3-5 days. I have checked and there are still no updates on the status of my withdrawal.

Hi, I need your help in my payments of $ 197 The first payment was requested at the end of July, I patiently waited, but more than two months have passed and I have not received any I will send a message to the casino payments [email protected] address, but I have not received a single reply. Withdrawal issue

I've been waiting for a $100 withdrawal since January. They needed additional paperwork which I provided and they sent me and email saying all my paperwork was all received and updated. I've contacted them on a couple of different occasion and I'm told it's been escalated and/or their third party payers are really busy and I'll get it soon. I know it's only $100 but it's the principle. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
