BGO Casino - Verification problems

I registered with this casino yesterday and deposited some cash, did not get any deposit bonus or anything and managed to get my winnings up to £1000. I had also verified my account with a proof of address and a employment card which is what is documented as acceptable ID on the site, I have now been told that they cannot take my employment card as it does not show my date of birth, I have also sent them my passport which expired about 2 weeks ago, I did state that the website asks for an employment card which I have provided and it does not state it needs to show DOB on, I recieved a response back saying that although it isn't stated in the terms and conditions they need a DOB on it, my argument being why does it not state that on the site or in ther conditions, I have been told I need to renew my passport or get a citizens card which takes a month. I believe I have been mislead as I have provided what was asked from me
