On April the 18th I deposited 800 Euros and gambled my balance up to 4000 Euros before requesting a withdrawal. After several failed attempts I was advised to withdraw via bank transfer. I sent my details and was told it would be done on "Monday". Monday became "by the end of the week". That turned into "within a couple of weeks" which never happened. I was told they are having some issues but it is now well over 2 months and I have heard nothing and the money is still in my balance. I can't withdraw it manually and was originally advised that they would do it for me once they had my bank details.

We are sorry that you have had to wait for the withdrawal, currently we have been investigation an organised ring of credit card fraud cases, this unfortunately has affected the withdrawal times of some our customers that deposited during the same period, we hope to have this investigation close shortly.
At the moment this issue has affected very few accounts, where unfortunately yours is one of them.
The issue should be resolved ASAP, and it is still in motion, and for this we are sorry.

This is not a satisfactory answer. So only a few accounts that deposited at the time are affected and one of them is mine? How is it possible for my account to be tangled up your "investigation an organised ring of credit card fraud cases"? Unless you are actually suggesting I am involved?

It's really quite simple, I have 4000 euros in my balance and I would like you to send it to my bank. You are not disputing that the money is mine.

This complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more chance hoping that both parties will manage to reach to a satisfactory resolution of their dispute.

I made a large deposit (4 figures) on April the 18th and made a nice profit playing games without bonuses. My final balance is 4000 euros. They said they would send the withdrawal "on Monday". That became "next week". That became "in a few weeks". They cited various problems (not related to my account) for the delay such as being attacked by abusers. I have given them so much time but now they don't even respond. It has now been over 3 months and the money still sits in my account.

So after 3 and a half months of waiting for payment all you can tell me is you "are working on a solution"?

You are no longer saying I will even be paid let alone when. I think this is unacceptable.
