I am wanting to withdraw funds of £300 from my account,but the casino require ID of either a driving License and/or passport.....As I have never been a driver and my passport expired some years ago I cannot produce these as ID, therefore I asked if I couid submit my birth certificate or a utility bill, these were declined,

What can I do next please.

Hi Barbara,

We have looked in to this old case and can see you have in fact received your payout. Although our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) clearly state what documentation will be required for account verification, you opened your account regardless.

StarGames will always try to accommodate a player to the best of our abilities and we were very accommodating by allowing you to provide alternative documentation to receive your payout and continue playing.

We consider this case resolved.
