I made a withdrawal and the casino has used certain techniques to delay payment including ID verification issues, ID was only requested after days of telling me I would be paid tomorrow or very soon until the end of the week came then that operator said it will be next week.
Then they changed to we need your documents and eventually conceded they had them and the Financial Department has verified them and informed me again I would be paid very soon.
Then when I asked the next week they denied ever receiving the documents even though I showed them the previous conversation where other operators had said my documents had been verified, so I sent them again and eventually the latest operator had to concede they had my documents and they had been verified.
The operator apologized for me having to send my documents via email many, many times and said that she would personally 'push' the payment through herself (which is curious since today's operator claims that they have absolutely NO contact with the payments or financial department what so ever!).
So now the latest stance from the operators is send an email and I can forward it to the payments section, which is ridiculous and clearly more silly stalling techniques and I believe this casino will only pay out withdrawals when they have exhausted every imaginable stalling technique.
