I used this new site in late July until August. I had a total of over 20 redemptions marked "rejected". Their support staff had every excuse. When I had a meeting with their manager, Adam, he explained their processor is the lowest level and is overwhelmed by all the transactions. I asked for a full refund. I was not given this. They also advertise "instant redemptions", which is clearly falsified.

Thank you for the update - atleast 30 payments. They would always tell me, its just a "hicup" in thier system, until I recieved the truth from thier manager. This is a common issue for now with the site. If you have any questions please let me know.

Thanks for the follow up - Im disputing, and trying to work with them, on 82 purchases @ $100 and 26 purchases @ $200. I had a total of at least 22 redemptions marked "rejected" because of thier new elementry level processor.
