I’ll be honest it’s only been 4 days so far for my 2 redemption requests of $450 and $650 but I am being proactive considering all the problems I have just read about here. I have coincidentally been given the same generic response about them being backlogged. I’m hoping posting this will hopefully cause them to speed up the process even though it appears they haven’t responded once to any other complaints
