Hello, I made a big win 10 days ago (14300cad) I have been playing this casino for long time and for small withdrawal I never have problem paying, my account is fully verified and everything is good, I keep all the conversations with agent. I have promise of payment, have everything you can imagine! Now, 4 times they cancel my withdrawal without reason and I receive 400$ in 10 days.

I tried all I could to resolve the problem but I never seen I situation like that.

I need help please because you said it’s a trustable casino but I never see a situation like that… they just don’t want to pay me.

I have no word to describe at what point this casino don’t respect me…
Ok today I receive 500 cad but cancel again the other withdrawal request…

13 days now after my win I receive 900cad and it’s suppose to be 1500eur every day ….
