My Withdrawl was approved on September 5th for $2,100. I was told it was sent to the processor on September 25th and funds should be in my account by Tuesday October 3. To date not in my account and I've called and sent emails to my VIP host who has not bothered to respond but told me to call by this past Tuesday if payment was not received by then. I spoke with someone named Obie who informed me theirs delays with the processor maybe next week it will show up? No one has a straight answer lol Then I started to play at royal ace one of their affiliates and my VIP host won't transfer my VIP status to that casino I'm thinking it's time to stop spending My money with this casino cause they have serious service issues and they blame everything on their own internal departments and don't take care of their players. But they take your money but don't like to pay their players! Very dissapointed and I really enjoyed playing their and the games. They have seriously declined in service which was not up to par already 2 stars out of 5 😔

Hi Skatermom--

I'm sorry for the difficulties you've experienced with this.

Your payment was sent off to our processor on the 11th: Paid $1205 + $875 CHB deduction + $20 Service Fee Wire for transaction #85006752. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, early next week (if not already).

I should point out that there is that $875 deduction due to chargebacks. My understanding is that you are already aware of this, but I did want to make certain this was addressed for the purpose of this complaint.
