I won 3000.00 and requested a withdrawa of 2558.00. They removed the bonus amt of 57.90 twice and I called their attention to this error and they corrected the mistake.But as I was doing the math they have short changed me in the amt of 500.00. On the withdrawal page it says max amt able to withdraw is 3000.00, but they kept kicking it back by only approving 500.00 at a time .Well in the process they have taken 500.00 out of my requested withdrawal. Since I brought tis to their attention they have now sent me an email saying I may no longer use coupons any longer , but nothing about the missing 500.00

I recently inquired about a manager withdrawal that was done twice in the amt of

57.90 which was a bonus amt and you refunded one of the 57.90 and I thank you .

But while looking into my account I thought you would discover that you have

also taken 500.00 from me. I was hoping to see you would be honest enough to

correct this error. I requested a withdrawal of 2558.00 and you have only

approved 2000.00 and that leaves 500.00 not accounted for, please recheck this

Based on the evidence we received from the casino management, we could confirm that player was fully paid in installments. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
