Slot Jungle is a rip off I have played there for years and now once have I been able to win and make a withdrawl. Then I find it impossible to reach the playthrough and win money to withdrawl ever. I recevied an email from a Giovanni letter enclosed and to date I never heard from them and I wrote and he want respond back this is poor business pratice to make these promises and not follow through. I think he sent that to get me to amke a deposit and pla.

After checking with the casino they responded to tell me that your history in the casino is good. Slots Jungle has a good track record of paying out, but you have to take the first step by sending them the paperwork needed to make the withdrawal.

I still have'nt heard anything about the gift yet. It was another tactic they used to get you to make a deposit and play. I find this very unusual what he did because I did'nt ask for this gift he offered it to me and to not send it is poor business pratice. I have wrote and he refuses to respond back.

The original gifts the casino tried to sent were not available in your area and they were notified only after they were ordered. We have confirmed that another gift will be ordered this coming week and it will be deliverable.

They never contacted me with an update of this matter,

We were asked to post the following from the Casino Manager

I am happy we have worked through the problem we were having with the gift that was supposed to be sent to you. It will be ordered on tomorrow and shipped out soon after that. We’re sorry for the long inconvenience that this caused you and it will not happen again in the future. We look forward to you playing with us in the future and now that all your paperwork is approved for withdrawal, please contact us on your next withdrawal and we’ll make sure to expedite the processing time for approval.

Today is Tuesday June 11th and I still have'nt received the gift yet. After determing that they sent it to the wrong address, Jacob, the casino manager promised to send it out on Sunday 6/9 but after reading the response I read that you sent to me they had'nt sent it out Monday 6/10 so as before I am still waiting going on 3 months for a unsolicited gift.
