I have been a longtime (VIP) player at SlotsJungle. There has always been some sort of issue getting my withdrawals approved and wires sent. In the past I was able to contact a VIP account manager and she would do her best to hurry the process up. But it was never done in 4 business days as stated on their website (where it even states 2-3 business days for VIP players). But eventually they would approve the withdrawal and get the wire to my bank. Usually by the 7th-8th business day.
This latest withdrawal, a piddly little $300) is still 'in limbo. I requested it on the 9th. It was not approved until the 18th (7 business days), and the wire still have not been sent out. I bug them via email every day, twice a day. (My former VIP account manager has since left SJ (can't imagine why''*wink). I got an email on the 21st stating that the wire was sent to my bank. Then a few hours later I got an email form a 'johnny' in the finance dept with a link to some SCAM website (nothing to do with SJ or Money transfers), telling me he had already set up an account and that they are now processing all withdrawals through that website. If I wanted my money I would have to sign up for an account on that site and request the withdrawal all over again, It has now been 11 business days since a requested the withdrawal & no money in sight.
Obviously I am not doing it. I have told 'johnny 'via email, repeatedly, that I will not do and that they are to send the wire 'regular' way as they said that had already done. I told them 3 times if they did not do this I was closing my account & going elsewhere. Guess what. this morning another email from 'johnny' telling me the exact same thing. I forwarded his emaio to the finance dept directly and told them I wasn't doing ti and to get my wire out. I would rather walk away from the $300 then be ripped off by some fake website after giving them all my personal & bank information.. No Way. I truly think that SJ is now a ripoff period. I used to like their casino more than most others I've used.. now I hate it. There was nothing on the website to indicate that their payout arrangements prior to my requesting this latest withdrawal. I have no issue getting withdrawals from other casinos, so taking all of my money elsewhere.
