Voided legitimate winnings, no explanation provided


Hi, this issue is going on for a year now, i didn't know this forum existed, i attached screenshot of my win, they confiscated my entire balance not just the $2,500 withdrawal, i read the terms before playing with a bonus, i didn't bet $25 a spin but i was doing it according to terms and conditions. They voided my $3800 winnings, giving me $100 as an excuse is very frustrated, now i want to get my payout, i attached screenshot see yourself!!!

We have been provided by valid evidence on behalf management of Slotastic Casino where it is clearly displayed that player breach maximum betting amount of 10$. Player by these actions violated general bonus term #22 The maximum bet for all bonuses (including cashback) must not exceed $10.00. Any winnings, plus bonus amount will be voided.

Based on all above stated and that player's deposit was returned, our decision is to mark this complaint as resolved in casino's favor since the casino's actions were in total compliance with their bonus policy and terms.

We would like to remind player that further assistance on this case could be requested by the official licence authority for Slotasic casino.

I just contacted the slotastic support, they are not open for negotiation about my winnings, this casino is making me more shaky every day, they are not reasonable at all!

it's easyer to loose in this casino after been member for years, i never cashed out until i won this amount and they voided it like that

Hello, when i was at the chatroom they said no restrictions on this bonus, and my deposit was $50 not $100 you just didn't want to pay me out at that time because the amount was big you also can see i did $10 bets many many times to win the $2000 above in the screenshot, yet this was also voided, easy isn't it to void all my winnings? be honnest thanks

I newly joined in Grande vegas casino and win 100$ .that was nice feeling for me.no problem faced in withdraw and account verification.i was happy with this group .so that i joined Slotastic casino,again i enjoyed more and luckyly i win 180$.so i forward my same documents to slotastic casino for verification.but they closed my account by this explaination.i don't understand what's wrong in my account.i hope Askgamblers will help me for this justification.i'm just helpless.i don't know what to do.i want the reason of this activities?i can challenge,my documents is valid and i have not send any unvalid documents.please help me to solve this problem.....This email replied to me from slotastic documents department..... Waiting for account verification and payment for two weeks now
Dear sir, On 11 januari 2016 i registered with slotatsci casino with claim freebonus $25, firs im so impress with this casino i have much time joy play with casino this slot, then after fews hour i play here....i managed waggered from free bonus with account left in my balance $180- thats the maximum balance i can cash out im so happy then in the next day i caht with support asked for account verifications then in the next day i send my all document to this casino.....and on 25 januari 2016 this casino told me to send My pic holding My Id card , and on the next day i send it......until now 2 February 2016 not yet updates my account not same in his emailed its took only 24-72 hours, i wait with patience but patience have a limit , i got 3 times chat with this support chat and alway give answer same wait until 24 hour the account will update but till now ..never upadate whats going on with this casino .....only give me pending and pending time .....or i think this casino wont pay my winning !!!. please askgamblers submitt tjhis case immediatly and publish and thank you very much for your attentions . im hearing from you as soodingn as possible for publish regarding this case.To day i chated again with this casino support name richard with so easly told me to patience wait until 24-48 hours again till security this casino announce my account.....all obligation have to do with this casino but this casino only same give anwers patience and patience wait until 24 hour and now ill wait till going old !!!
