Grand Mondial Casino - Not quite fair with my $1,500 payment

I tried withdrawing $1500, waited the waiting period and all. I sent in all the proper documents and was told the money was sent. When they said they had sent the money I showed them screenshots of my bank statement proving I did not receive anything. They proceeded to tell me the payment didn’t do through and that it went back into my account. Now I am trying to re-withdraw and they are no longer allowing it because I have .78$ of bonus play. In order to spend that .78$ I must first lose the entire 1500$. I put all my bank info correctly and rechecked it too.

Hi player

There is a note from 4th May saying the bonus was removed from your account so you can withdraw, however as you had incorrect echeck details entered you need to update your PMOP/payment details before a withdrawal can be initiated.

Please do that and let me know if you are still having issues.

I did not put any wrong info. I checked everything and even sent them screen shots of all my information, including my account number. I have resubmitted the withdraw request and made sure to document all the information I wrote down. They should have all my proper information and proof of it, as well, seeing as how I sent them screenshots of every single thing they requested.

Hi player, the initial withdrawal was rejected by the processor due to incorrect details entered (your branch number was entered incorrectly, perhaps a slip of the finger typo).

I've had our payments team check and it looks like you have entered the correct details now so it should go through with no problems. You should have it in your account within the next few business days.
